1. SUPPORT PROCEDURE
- Our service uses "screen sharing" technology. This software lets our technical support agents view your computer screen (with your permissions) from our location. Once the connection is made the technician can work directly on your machine and fix the problem right in front of you while you watch.
- You do not need to take the computer to a repair shop or schedule someone to come into your home. You do not need to wait for instructions to be emailed, or try to follow frustrating directions over the phone.
- Users on high-speed Internet connections can talk to the computer technician live, while the problem is being fixed.
- Its easy, fast, and a great learning experience for the user.
2. CONNECTION SECURITY
- Yes, our screen sharing software is 128 bit encrypted and completely safe. The user must initiate the session and has the ability to override the technical support agent and close the live session at any time. Once we have your permission to enter your computer system, YourTechOnline.com technicians only perform requested tasks, explaining the procedure as you follow along. After the work is completed and the session is closed, the user must initiate re-connection, the technician cannot restore the connection.
- The screen sharing software we use does not stay on your machine and must be reinstalled (takes about 30 seconds) before each screen sharing session. Each time the computer tech requires access to your system, you must grant permission. The technicians cannot access your computer at any other time.

3. COSTING/PRICES
- OnlinePcSolutions.com.au has a variety of online computer technical support packages to suit user needs. There are Time Packages and Service Packages. Time plans cost as little as $1.99 per minute. This rate is lower than most computer repair shops, and far cheaper than having a tech come to your home or office. Service packages are a set series of operations performed by technical support agents, regardless of how long the process takes.
- We offer users a FREE ESTIMATE service that allows them to speak with one of our live computer techs to determine the nature of the problem and approximate time it will take to fix. There is no minimum charge per call and time can be used to fix a variety of problems, and even numerous computers. Unused time remains on your account for future use for any problem, any time.
4. TIME ESTIMATE FOR PROBLEM FIXTURE
- Most tech support issues can be solved in 45 minutes to an hour. For this reason we recommend that new users purchase at least one hour of technical support time. Unused time can be used at a later date for any problem.
- Due to contributing factors (operating system, internet connection speed, nature of problem) the time needed to fix a computer problem can vary significantly. - All of our technical support agents are "Third/Second level" techs. They do not read from scripts. All of them have an excellent understanding of how a computer system works and are fully capable of solving complex issues like relating PCs, Windows Operating System, Applications, Microsoft Office Applications, virus and spyware removal.

6. EXCEPTIONS
- At the moment we only fix PC computers with Windows/ based operating systems. IIS 4/5/6, File Server, Printer server, Xerox, Fuji, HP, and other printers and Scripting Issues. We do not offer technical support for MAC and *nix based computers.
- While our computer techs can diagnose hardware problems and where appropriate we will replace physical computer parts otherwise we will provide you with our advice to get it replaced on your own cost.
